Nozon - part of THE PACK is looking for a Senior Houdini FX Artist, who will work closely together with
our Art Director, our CG Supervisor and the whole team to create consistent,
high quality, and performant cinematic visual FX. The Senior FX Artist will
help set FX department standards, troubleshoot creative and technical issues,
and participate in FX department tool development

Requirements :
● Thorough knowledge of Houdini, FX workflows, tools and pipelines.
● Design and create complicated FX animation, procedural simulation, dynamic
simulation, particle and fluid systems, and rigid body simulations.
● Knowledge of crowd simulations.
● Master VFX industry standard 3D softwares, notions of Maya and Nuke are a
plus.
● Ability to manage complex scenes and data sets.
● High level skill to create assets and shots with a trained eye for photorealism.
● Handle assignments with a flexible approach to find creative and technical
solutions and think outside of the box if needed.
● Use, develop, document and implement existing and new workflows and tools
to improve continuity and speed of the above processes.
● Scripting experience in Python and VEX.
● Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or creative field or relevant experience in an
FX position.
● 3+ years of FX experience in commercials, film or TV
